The chronic disease crisis in the U.S. disproportionately impacts the lower socioeconomic class in profound and far-reaching ways.

Our mission is to empower individuals and communities across the United States by expanding access to preventive care, education, and resources that reduce the burden of the nation’s most common and treatable chronic diseases.  We are committed to improving health equity, promoting wellness, healthier lifestyle options, education, awareness and affordable care.  We will drive sustainable change through partnerships, innovation, and compassionate outreach, especially to the underserved communities and low-income neighborhoods.

Our Mission Objectives

To provide the general public, more specifically, the underserved, lower socio-economic communities and individuals, with access through our “Prevention Generation Initiative” to:

• Onsite “Prevention Generation Chapters” free health screenings
• Online (Prevention Generation.com) valuable medically reviewed, preventative health information in a format that is easy to understand and accessible
• Increase individuals’ awareness of their “Health IQ” by personalizing this health information from both conventional and holistic care providers
• Prevention Generation conventional and holistic integrated primary care provider network for either in office or telehealth mobile phone app, for discounted or free care depending on an individual’s financial status

The Foundations “Prevention Generation Initiative” is funded by donations and grants that are utilized to contract with medical professionals, practitioners, copywriters, research firms, video production facilities, media partners and virtual/physical event platforms and venues to bring “proactive health intelligence” to out ultimate end user.

To reach as many underserved, lower socioeconomic individuals as possible, in need of early identification and intervention of preventable chronic diseases. Starting in Florida and then moving throughout the United States.
